Your First Visit
Your first visit will require filling out a brief medical history form and discussing personal goals. Each visit thereafter, we will talk about the needs for the session and the remaining time is used for your therapy.

 

 First time client please arrive 15 minutes earlier to fill your medical form so we can start on time .


Cancellation Policy
Out of courtesy, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  No call/no show appointments will be charged 100%. 

Please respect our time if you cannot make it  so we can rearrange our schedule in your spot left . 

Payment Options
We accept cash and all major credit cards(MasterCard, Visa,discover ) we do not accept american express . $25 minimum purchase for credit cards.

 

Now we accept Venmo and Paypal for easy payments .
